Towing, recovery & roadside help, 24 hours a day.
Pick the service you need below. A tow or a jump, local or long distance — we come to you, and you get the price before we roll.
Flatbed Towing
We run a flatbed rollback, which is the safest way there is to move a vehicle — every wheel up off the pavement, nothing dragging and nothing turning. It is the right call for all-wheel drive, lowered cars, EVs, classics and anything you would rather not gamble with.

Everyday towing around Cleveland and Bradley County and out through Southeast Tennessee. Sedans, SUVs, pickups, vans and motorcycles moved off the shoulder, out of a driveway or out of a parking lot, and delivered to the shop or the address you name.

Dropped a wheel off the shoulder, buried in mud on a job site, slid off a gravel road, or backed into a ditch? A winch-out pulls the vehicle back onto solid ground with steady tension and sensible anchor points — so you do not trade a stuck truck for a bent one.

Not every breakdown needs the deck. When a jump, a spare, a few gallons of fuel or a door opened is all it takes, we come to you and handle it on the spot — and only load you up if it turns out the problem is bigger than that.

A dead battery is the fastest job we do. We come to you, connect properly so nothing in your vehicle takes a spike, and get you started — then give you a straight answer about whether that battery is going to leave you stranded again next week.

A flat should not leave you kneeling on the shoulder of APD-40 with a jack you have never used. We come to you, put the truck between you and traffic, mount your spare, and make sure you are safe to pull away before we leave.

Running dry happens, and walking an interstate shoulder with a gas can is a genuinely bad idea. Call us instead and we will bring enough gas or diesel to get you to the nearest pump under your own power.

Keys sitting on the driver seat and every door locked? We use proper lockout tools to open the vehicle without hurting the door, the glass or the weather seal — quite a bit cheaper and less painful than a broken window.

After a wreck you should not have to argue with anybody about where your vehicle goes. We clear it from the scene safely, work around whichever police or fire crews are on site, and take it to the body shop you choose.

Need a vehicle moved a long way instead of across town? We are a DOT-registered motor carrier, so out-of-area and out-of-state runs are on the table — auction pickups, dealer transfers, project cars, a move, or a vehicle headed to a shop several hours away.

Everything rides on the deck.
A flatbed rollback is the safest way to move a vehicle, and it is what we run. All four wheels come up off the road, so nothing spins, nothing scrapes, and the drivetrain does not take a beating on the way to the shop.
It also means we can take the vehicles a hook truck cannot — all-wheel drive, electric, lowered, wrecked, seized, or sitting on a flat rim in a gravel lot.
What rides on our deck
Questions drivers ask us.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cleveland and cover 77 cities and communities across 10 counties — Bradley, Hamilton, McMinn, Polk, Meigs, Rhea and Monroe in Tennessee, plus Catoosa, Whitfield and Murray in North Georgia. That runs from Chattanooga and the Georgia line north to Athens, Niota, Dayton and Madisonville, and east on US-64 through Ocoee and Benton into the Copper Basin.
What are your hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (423) 457-5553 at any hour — nights, weekends and holidays included.
Do you use a flatbed or a hook?
We run a flatbed rollback, so all four wheels come up off the road. It is the safest way to move a vehicle and the only sensible way to move all-wheel drive, electric, lowered or non-rolling vehicles.
How far will you tow?
As far as you need. We are a DOT-registered motor carrier (USDOT #4571974, MC 1818705), so out-of-area and out-of-state runs are on the table. Give us the pickup address and the destination and we will quote the whole run up front.
How does your pricing work?
Towing is normally a hook-up (base) charge plus a per-mile rate, and winch outs and recovery work are quoted according to the situation. We give you those numbers before we dispatch, and you get an itemized receipt after.
Do you offer a discount for military or first responders?
Yes, and it is a standing one rather than a limited promotion. Active duty, veterans, police, fire and EMS get a discount on every job. Just mention it when you call.
Can I choose which shop you tow my car to?
Always. It is your vehicle, so it is your call. Name the repair shop, body shop, dealer or address and that is where it goes.
Are you a registered towing company?
Yes. Cleveland Towing And Recovery is a DOT-registered motor carrier operating under USDOT #4571974 and MC 1818705, owned and run by Hunter Brown out of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Can you help if I am locked out or out of gas?
Yes. Jump starts, flat-tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts and winch outs are all part of what we do — and quite often you do not need a tow at all. We will tell you that honestly rather than load you up anyway.
My car will not roll — can you still move it?
Yes. Flat tires, no key, seized brakes, collision damage, or a car that has been parked for years — it gets winched up onto the deck and secured. Just tell us the condition so we bring the right gear.
Do you tow into Georgia?
We do. Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Dalton, Tunnel Hill, Varnell, Chatsworth and the surrounding Catoosa, Whitfield and Murray county communities are all inside our normal area, and we hold interstate authority for runs beyond that.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe what you are looking at and we will tell you what it takes. Call (423) 457-5553.
